At BTF, the trainers don’t just tell you what to do - they show you the way. After reaching his first goal of a 125 lbs.  weight loss, Ben has a new goal in sight. Ben's trainer John trained Ben for two Tough Mudders, and Ben's first marathon was the Hartford Marathon. Now Ben has his sight set on Ironman. John stood by his slogan, "together we will achieve your fitness goal" by not only training Ben for each race, but competing on each event by his side. John and Ben will be competing together in Ironman Syracuse this summer.
"I am entering my sophomore year at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. I am a guard on the men's basketball team and was really looking to increase my explosiveness and overall body strength over the summer. Every training session with my trainer had a new workout specialized for my own specific goals. Whether it was an NBA players' exclusive workout or a workout that Terry created, I always left the gym more than satisfied. I am really looking forward to coming back next summer."
